Furthermore featured in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
